PSC#126 Cute Critters

Welcome to the Poppystamps Challenge! We're so happy you've stopped by, and we sure hope you'll join us! On the first of the month, we announce a new Poppystamps Challenge with a central theme. The design team will provide samples for inspiration, and you can play along through the end of the month for your chance to win.

The winner of our blog badge for the Poppystamps Challenge #125 Something Sweet is Inkami

The lucky winner of the draw (chosen by random number generator) for the monthly prize is Denise Bryant!

Please contact me (Jeanne) at poppychallenge@gmail.com to claim your prize.

Want to play?

The rules are simple – just create a project following the theme, use at least one Poppystamps image or die, and link it up here. The design we love best will receive our winner badge to proudly display on their blog, and one lucky random winner will receive a prize. You don't have to have a blog to play.  You can link to any online gallery. In fairness to other players, we reserve the right to remove entries that do not use at least one Poppystamps image. We ask that you link a maximum of  3 entries to each challenge. You are welcome to link your design to other challenges. Grab our badge to post on your blog post or sidebar!

PSC#126 Cute Critters – this time we're celebrating all the cute critters that make our lives more enjoyable.  Think Easter Bunny, iconic cartoon or marketing characters, or your very own fur baby.  Your project can be for any occasion and it doesn't have to be a card.  Tags, page layouts and home decor projects are also welcome.  Just be sure to add at least one Poppystamps image (stamp or die) on your project!   You must use a Poppystamps product to be the winner of the gift certificate.

Need a little inspiration?  Here are some samples from our design team.  Want a closer look?   No worries.. we'll be featuring these projects on Wednesdays throughout the month, so you can see how each project was created.

Meet our March Guest Maggie Haas selected and introduced by our design team member Allison Frazier.   I met Maggie last year at a large cardmaking convention. She and I, along with a few others, became a tight group of card making friends who text each other practically every day! I love how versatile Maggie is in her card making, and I especially love her bold use of color blends. She always has interesting backgrounds that make her designs pop!

Hi! I’m Maggie, from the Chicago suburbs. I’ve been making cards since 2000, when a friend introduced me to rubber stamping. One wave of an embossing gun melting that powder and I was hooked! Twenty five years and an undisclosed amount of money later, I’m still in the card making hustle. Cardmaking is an escape for me after a hectic day teaching freshman. A little peace and quiet and time to feed the type A beast serves as the best therapy anyone could ask for. Happy to be joining the Poppy Stamps team for this month’s challenge!
