Happy Howlidays
By Meghan Kennihan

Hi Crafty Friends,
I am a dog mom so this is my second Howliday Dog Card on the Poppy Stamps Blog. This one features the Antlers Dachshund and Happy Howliday Dies.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What did you get your dog for Christmas?
A: Me? String Chew Toys

Step #1: I started my card by using the Poppy Stamps Pawprint Stencil on red cardstock with Distress Oxide Ground Espresso Ink to make the paws. Then I splattered it with white Copic paint for the look of snow.

Step #2: I die cut the Poppy Stamps Antler Dachshund Die using kraft and black cardstock for the body and I used the Poppy Stamps Yuletide Plaid 6×6 Pattern Paper for the puppy’s sweater.

Step #3: I die cut the Poppy Stamps Happy Howlidays Die from white cardstock. I mounted the sentiment and the puppy to the center of my pawprint background.

Step #4: I framed the sentiment and dachshund with Poppy Stamps Double Scalloped Stitched Frames Dies in matching plaid to the dog’s sweater and matching white to the sentiment.
