Believe in Santa Paws

Hi Crafty Friends,
I am a dog mom so this month on the Poppy Stamps Blog I will be sharing Howliday Dog Cards featuring the darling Christmas dog and sentiment dies from Poppy Stamps. Today, I am showing off the Standing Dachshund and Believe is Santa Paws Dies.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What kind of dog do you have?

Step #1: I started my card by creating my Dachshund using kraft and black cardstock for the body and plaid paper from the Poppy Stamps Yuletide Plaids 6×6 Paper Pad for the hat and sweater.

Step #2: I created my background frame using Poppy Stamps Double Scalloped Stitched Frames Dies with the plaid paper that matches the dog’s outfit. Then I stenciled the paw prints from the Poppy Stamps Pawprint Stencil on kraft paper for my background.

Step #3: I die cut the Poppy Stamps Believe in Santa Paws sentiment from white cardstock and mounted it to the right of the Dachshund on my card.
