Elf Christmas
by Tricia Barbern

Merry Christmas all!  I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving day!  Tricia here today to share this Elf Christmas card.  I absolutely adore the 2024 Nordic Winter release.  I love the whimsy of the woodlands and the elves!  There are so many ways that you can color up your die cuts.  I used a mix of alcohol markers and some dye inks to color all my die cuts.   I started by die cutting the Nordic Joyful Elf and the Mini Forest Plants from white cardstock.  I colored them with my alcohol markers.  I added some shading to the Mini Forest Plants using a ink blender brush and dye ink.

I then die cut the Forest Stump from white cardstock and used my dye inks to color up the stump.  For the sentiment, I used the Holiday Banners stamp set and then die cut the sentiment with the Tiny Sentiment Banners die.  I used the Memory Box Yuletide Plaid 6×6 paper pack to cover my card base and create the backdrop for my little scene.   I then added the die cuts with liquid adhesive and foam tape.

I added some more details to the card by adding a mixture of Fairy Jewels and tied some hemp twine at the top!   I hope you have a wonderful crafty holiday!
