You Are The Best

Hello Poppy friends! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate someone special, than with pastries from the Corner Shoppe collection. This card is fun and filled with love. Let me share with you how I made it.
I started by cutting the elements out of Corner Shoppe Birthday Treats and Corner Shoppe Birthday Celebrations out of white cardstock. I did some simple coloring using Copic markers and then assembled each element with liquid glue.
For the background, I found this piece of brightly colored plaid paper in my scrap box that was just waiting to be used. I cut it measuring 5 1/4″ x 4″ and mounted it to the center of an A2 size card base. To soften the very bold colors, I added a piece of vellum and then added the medium size Double Scalloped Stitched Frame.
Once the die cut elements were glued in place, I added a sentiment from the Sentimental Banners to finish the card.
