Pumpkin Time
by Allison Frazier

Hello, Poppystamps friends! I am thrilled to be back on the blog today sharing this adorable autumn inspired card. This features the new Perky Pumpkins set from the Spooktacular Release. Once again, I am embracing this month’s “Clean & Simple” challenge!

This card could not have been any easier! There are two dies in the Perky Pumpkins set. One die cuts all the pumpkins, and the other die cuts the stems and leaves. I cut white card stock with both of the dies, and then I quickly inked all the pieces with my Distress Inks. I built a little pyramid of pumpkins and adhered them to a white panel using glue and two different thicknesses of foam squares. Once my pumpkins were in place, I added the stems and leaves. The sentiment is a stamp that I found in my stash, and I stamped it in black pigment ink.

Once my design was finished, I mounted the white panel to a slightly larger yellow panel, and then I mounted that to an A2 card base. I had already covered the front of the card base with one of the plaid papers from the Gladiola Plaid paper pack from Memory Box.

To finish the card, I added a few Fairy Drops around the pumpkins. I think these Perky Pumpkins are appropriately named, don’t you? I hope this card brings a smile to your face. Thanks for joining us today.
