Celebrating Gnomes and Ice Cream

Hello Poppystamps friends and crafters! Birgit here with you today with a quick and easy card featuring the Nordic Dancing Gnome and his Grand Whittle Ice Cream.
The Nordic Gnomes are part of the Nordic Wonderland release, which is new in the store. The Nordic Dancing Gnome is so fun! I cut the pieces for the dancing gnome out of navy and light blue and white cardstock.
I colored the face using Copic markers and then assembled the Nordic Dancing Gnome. I decided that he needed more color, so I cut his hat out using scraps of green cardstock from my stash.
I also cut and assembled the Grand Whittle Ice Cream, giving him something to hold. An ice cream this large is a good reason to do the “happy dance”! Don’t you think?
For the background, I cut a piece of plaid paper from the Anemone Plaid 6×6 paper pack and a circle using Scallop Pinpoint Rings and a piece of green from the 6×6 Greenery cardstock pack.
I assembled the card and added a sentiment banner using a sentiment from the Birthday Banners to finish this card off.
