It’s Bunny Day
by Lisa Elton

Have you been enjoying the products from the latest release? There are so many wonderful dies just perfect for your Easter or Spring projects. I’ve used three new products on today’s card in a mix of colors I wouldn’t normally use for Easter. I tend to navigate toward pastel pinks and yellows, but it’s always fun to step outside of my box from time to time!

This sweet Cuddle Bunny has found himself a cozy spot among the flowers. Who knows, maybe he’s hiding eggs! I chose to use just his head and paws for this project. A touch of pink for his nose and ears with pretty little blue eyes.

He’s hopped inside the largest of the Nordic Flower pots. Mine were made using papers from the Anemone Grove paper pad and coordinating gold from some scraps I had. I used that same gold for the leaves and stems. They are included with the Nordic Flower Pots and Stems set. I topped mine with Layered Lovely Flowers cut from the Lagoon 6×6 pad then bedazzled them with a small jewel. The Spring Banners set provided the perfect sentiment.

I never imagined shades of blue and teal would make such a pretty Easter card! I was so excited to share it with you and I hope I’ve inspired you to hop outside of the traditional pastel Easter box!
