Nordic Butterfly Wishes
by Birgit Norton

Hello Poppystamps fans! Are you enjoying the spring release? These Nordic dies are all so beautiful.
Today’s card is light and lacy. Here’s what I did.

I started by cutting the Nordic Flourish Background out of white cardstock. I cut the frame out of vellum. I love how the vellum softens the flourish background. I mounted them onto an A2 sized white cardstock base.

Next, I cut all the pieces of the Nordic Spectacular Butterfly out of teal, aqua and Delicate Pastel Glitter cardstock and layered them up using foam squares.

I glued one of the butterflies onto the card front. Just look at the lovely layers and all that dimension.

I stamped a sentiment from Christmas Banners and cut it out using the coordinating die. I tucked it in under the butterfly with a little dab of liquid glue.

Hi Birgit, This card is so pretty, the background die-cut is like a doily, and the butterfly is comprised of such beautiful colours.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
Such pretty layering and details on this, like the colors you used too!
