Peace, Love and Belly Rubs, Take Three!

As the deadline for sending Christmas cards approaches, I’ve noticed that my team mates and I are trying to use all the adorable dies from the Christmas release before the season passes. You’ve seen Peace, Love and Belly Rubs be used recently by Lisa and Meghan, and now here’s take three, using these adorable dies.
I started by cutting the Playful Pups out of white cardstock, coloring the layered pieces using Copic Markers. I used the image on the package for color inspiration.
I followed the same process with the Nordic Whimsy Tree and Nordic Tree Toppers, layering lighter colors beneath the darker tones to enhance the wonderful Nordic designs.
I cut an A2 size top folding card base out of soft aqua colored cardstock and blended on some distress inks around the outer edges and sprinkled on some white paint splats using Picket Fence Distress Ink. I cut the Peace, Love and Belly Rubs sentiment out of white cardstock and assembled the card as shown. I colored the two heart that popped out of the sentiment using a red Copic marker and glued them back into place.
This card came together so quickly and easily. Just perfect for last minute card ideas!
