Life is Wonderful

Jeanne here today!  I hope you’re all doing well staying safe and keeping healthy!  I’m sharing a card today made with lots of paper layers.  

Memory Box, our parent company, just released pattern paper and specialty papers.  These pretty flowers are from the Cottage Meadow 6″ pad.  It contains 24 smooth heavy weight sheets of double sided pattern paper.  It’s also got a companion dots and stripes pad perfect for mixing and matching.  There’s also a new pack of pastel florals called Springtime Bouquet, and if you love glitter paper they’ve got you covered! 

I always try to alternate solid / monochrome papers like the stripes and dots, with busier patterns like the florals.  I created a patchwork of pretty florals ending with a smaller striped paper on top – the perfect place for a focal point.   I stamped the striped paper with a sentiment from the Birch Press Design Blooming Spring stamp set, and a Grand Watering Can craft die cut from Rinea silver foil. 

The watering can is filled with little blooms made with the Floral Cluster.  I added rhinestones to their centers for more sparkle and shine!
