Love and Hearts
by Marybeth Lopez

Hi there, Marybeth here today with a Pink Valentine card. I used Poppystamps Love die , the beautiful memory box 3D embossing folder, ( love this folder and I use it on many envelopes too! I also used some leftover hearts from one of my other cards , using the Banded Heart die and the tiny hearts are from the Heartscape Hill die.

Jumping ahead, this card shows how I added shimmer ink all over the hearts and panel. You might see I stamped the heart on the O and then decided not to add anything to it, I covered it up with another layer of heart.

I used all white paper for my card, all color comes from ink blending . I used the lighter pink for the large layer and the darker pink for the letters that go on top.

Above is my card base, I wanted it to match the color die cuts, so I ink blended the outer edges only ( center won't show). I then placed the embossed panel on top of this base.

I added a few drop of my favorite glue to adhere the top layer of the dies to the large outline.  I love these two soft pinks together! Don't you just love the LOVE outline die!!!

I simply embossed my panel using the 3D folder then added all the beautiful Poppystamps dies .See how the panel looks like colored cardstock! Just ink blended around the edges.

I think this will be a St. Valentine card but it could be used for many occasions. The card above this one shows more of how pretty the shimmer is. Thank you for the visit today , I hope you are enjoying a beautiful week .

God bless you .
