Hi everyone thanks for stopping by today! I created this birthday card for a sweet young lady turning 3! Yes, yes, yes…I know, another card with a word die, but I just love creating with the new Luscious Script dies!!! The possibilities are endless when you combine LARGE word dies with just about any sentiment!
For my card I used an embossing folder to create a textured background and then added three die cuts from Double Stitch Scalloped Rectangle Frames. I think the scalloped die cuts look like lace and helped create a feminine look to the card!
The word die was three times from white card stock and once from grey, I then glued them together with a slight offset with the grey layer. Having the white behind really added dimension to the large die cut!
A simple wrap of pink yarn and a few of my favorite sequins finished my card! The following video will show you how easy it was to assemble this card!
