Holiday Blog Blitz! Joy to the World
by Robin Tharaldson

Can you believe it’s August already?!!??? It is definitely time to start thinking about making your holiday cards and projects! AND what a better way than Poppystamps Holiday 2018 Release! Not to mention a Blog Blitz where you could be the winner of one of the NEW dies from the release!

I decided to use a #10 envelope for my cards this year! It’s still first class postage but has that different look! The #10 envelopes I am using are from Paper Source and are much heavier than a standard office supply envelope.

My Joy to The World card features several of the dies from the Holiday Release! For the background of the ornaments I used the largest of the Retro Ornaments dies and then embossed them using a snowflake embossing folder.

For my JOY I used the Joy Outline die set! I cut the outline three times from white cardstock, stacked together to create more dimension and then added a single layer of the red joy! The following video will show you how to create this card!

If you would like to win the Joy Outline die, please leave a comment!!  Here’s all the important information about Poppystamps Holiday Release Blog Blitz!  The blog blitz runs from July 24 to August 4, 2018; Poppystamps is giving away a prize on every Blog Blitz post during this time.  You must leave a comment on ONLY the posts you wish to enter.  To enter ALL the posts during the Blog Blitz you need to leave a comment on EACH ONE.  One person will be chosen at random from each of the posts during the blog blitz. Only one prize per person per blog blitz. Poppystamps uses a random number generator to select winners from comments.
