Ragged Daisy
by Marybeth Lopez

Good morning to you and happy weekend! I have a clean and simple looking card here today. I used the Ragged Daisy die that can be used in many different ways, I chose to have one row of petals but you could also make this a full bloom if you wanted.

This was the original color I was going to use then changed it to more of a soft yellow. All I did was stamp some ink on a clear block ,  spritzed it with water , then placed my panel on top .

I did this with the stem and center of the flower as well, just using different colors.  You can always add more ink straight from the ink pad as well, to shade the edges. Each part of the flower is layered three times.

I used this fun little stamp set : Fairy Greetings from Poppystamps . My panel is watercolor card stock to add some texture to my card.

When I was finished I added a bit of Glossy Accents for a water drop look.

I hope you enjoy your weekend and I hope you find some time to craft! I also wanted to thank you for your kind comments!

  8. Very Pretty card!! The technique you used for colouring the flower and stem and leaves, I can do that! I really like that this is a beautiful, easy card. It’s nice to be able to make a special card for someone quickly, especially because it’s the night before their birthday. I did that a couple of weeks ago.
