BLOG BLITZ – Daphne Butterfly
by Zuzana Obert

Hello and welcome to our last Blog Blitz post. It's me Zuzana here again this time with beautiful Daphne Butterfly die from the new Poppystamps spring release.

I went for bold spring colour scheme. Combined grey and light blue with yellow.

First I used Memory Box Chicken Wire stencil to create grey water colour background.  Ran it through my die cut machine using Poppystamps Stitched Main Street Tags.

Assembled  black eyelet on the top.  Then I continued with slightly smaller light grey tag. I layered tags and fixed them on the card front.

Then I die cut new Daphne Butterfly from water colour paper and painted with yellow paint. Matted with light blue Memory Box Stithed Hexagon.

Finally I die cut sentiment Birthday Wishes using Poppystamp Hip Birthday Wishes die from the new release.

I was not happy with the finish so I added trim of black cardstock under smaller grey tag and embellished my card with gem stones.

You got still chance to win another gorgeous die from our new spring release today. This time Daphne Butterfly. Only what you have to do is to leave comment under my post.

The winner will be announced on April 30th.

Wish you all beautiful and crafty day! Hugs,
