Blog Blitz – Featuring – Heartland Oval

Hello friends and welcome again to the poppystamps blog blitz where we are showcasing all of the new beautiful dies from Poppystamps which are available right now!

Today I am featuring the lovely Heartland Oval Frame Die.

For this card, I started with a piece of watercolor paper cut just a bit smaller than my A2 cardbase. I sponged Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, and Festive Berries Distress Ink on my paper and spritzed with water. I then cut out the Heartland Oval die with white and two shades of pink. I glued the white die down to my sponged background and glued in the center of the hearts with the pieces cut from the two shades of pink. I added a few extra hearts and some sequins around. I then cut the "you" from the Vintage Thank You die out three times and layered them for dimension. I glued that to the lower part of my card, and then adhered the whole panel to my A2 cardbase.
