Under the Christmas tree
Happy Thursday everyone! Yoonsun here with a bunch of Christmas gifts for you. Each day Christmas is coming closer and all you need to do is decorate Christmas gifts under the Christmas tree for your family and friends right!? Of course I did!
Today, I made inlaid card. I love the look of the single layer, all pieced together like a puzzle.
As most of you know, the die cut inlay technique is very popular among card makers and one of my favourite techniques as well! I chose Poppystamps Birthday Stack die as a focal point. I cut it out twice from white & gold foil papers. I used both the positive and the negative parts of the same die cut as you can see the picture. I adhered the negative die-cut panel over the sticky paper panel and then carefully laid gold foil outline piece on that using tweezer.
I then cut it out from different coloured glitter papers and placed what I’d like them to appear on a finished card.
This sparkle and shine Christmas gifts puts me in the holiday mood!! I hope you are keeping well and are looking forward to a Joyful and Happy Christmas indeed.
